The Grand Canyon and Joshua Tree National Park

I woke up to the sunrise at the Grand Canyon and stuck around for most of the day. Loads of pictures to follow.





And then I drove into Joshua Tree National Park around sunset. Nice place to fall asleep.

Grand Canyon

I drove from El Paso to the Grand Canyon today. This first picture is just a rest area..a couple with a broken down van asked for some change here. It was slightly suspicious but I gave them money anyway. Oh yeah, the picture.





And the rest of these were taken at the Grand Canyon. I arrived a little later in the day due to all of the driving of course, but I did get the sunset. I had a hard time getting my camera settings correct, so some of these are a bit dark.
